Delete your account

You can delete your My Family Location account and its data at any time. Deleting cannot be undone.

In the app

• Open the app and sign in.
• Go to Menu → Delete account.
• Follow the steps to confirm.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email support@myfamilylocation.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, photo and settings.
• Your location and your entire location history.
• Your membership in every circle. Circles you own are deleted for everyone, or handed to another member if you choose that first.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store; cancel it there first. Records we must keep for tax or accounting are kept only as long as the law requires. More in our Privacy Policy.
